We are big software users too, so we have tried to put together a refund policy that is fair to everyone. There is lots of work that goes on behind the scenes on a daily basis, that costs a lot of money to maintain.
Why is there no free trial?
At Up, we are trying to break the conventional way (and cost) of sending emails in volume. In order to do this, we are doing things a little differently using Amazon SES – tt means more setup, and an evergrowing infrastructure cost.
Our business model could not work (at this stage) with a free trial. We hope you understand, and it is something that we are working towards improving as we learn more.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time with Up. Your subscription ends at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you restart your account.
Refunding monthly fees
Exploring and building new ways of sending email with a small team and a sustainable business model is hard, takes time, and is expensive! During this early stage of our business, we do not offer refunds due to the work that goes into the initial setup to get started.
