Companies are billing serious money just to send emails. We don’t think that’s fair, and with the help of Amazon SES and other tools, we are building Up to take out the overwhelming cost of sending volume emails.
We provide personal support to every single person.
Things like DKIM, SPF are not for everyone. We provide individual support on both setup, monitoring, and scaling emails so that they reach inboxes in whatever volume that you send. We are hands-on for everything.
We don’t run ads nor sell data.
Other products support free pricing with ads or sell data. That’s not in our DNA, nor will it ever be.
If pricing is an issue, let us know.
We built Up with the philosophy to be 100x cheaper than other providers. If you want to use, but it’s still not affordable, let us know, and will try and help.

Nearly everything comes down to a case-by-case basis. Just send us an email and we will aim to resolve as soon as possible – this is our focus at this stage, to build a stable, robust email product at a fraction of the cost to users (please be nice and productive in your feedback).
